What Is TMTX Hybrid?
The TMTX Hybrid is an evolution of the popular TMTX system, which combines the power of unlimited database driven content with a variety of different user interfaces depending on your business needs.
TMTX allows large scale creation of simulated content for training and support purposes. Where traditional product simulators are limited in scalability, TMTX is database driven and therefore allows unlimited topics against any product. This is particularly useful in situations where more knowledge base content is required, such as call centre operations and in online systems where focus is on support rather than sales.
Why Use TMTX Hybrid?
We have designed the TMTX Hybrid to be more flexible than ever before. Your content can now be delivered through a variety of interfaces according to your specific needs:
- Via our traditional TMTX web interface which uses no third party tools and is therefore fully cross browser compatible.
- Via a Flash based interface, which allows a richer interactive experience for the user including features such as concertina menus and animation between steps.
- Most importantly the Hybrid version of the TMTX software can be accessed by an Application (App) from a mobile device, bringing content rich customer service onto the handset itself. The user can review content in video and text format.
All of these interfaces can access the live TMTX content, ensuring they are always current and up to date. In addition, the interface learns topic popularity as your content is explored, to ensure important topics are always presented first, ensuring a rapid route to resolution for your end users. You can also define a topic as sticky, to keep it always in view.
The TMTX Hybrid now includes video content support for topics, as well as the traditional structured step by step simulations.
TMTX is open to internet search engines, which means that a clients’ content has greater exposure compared to traditionally compiled flash based examples. The software also supports social bookmarking features, which can drive popularity of TMTX content through social networking sites.
