Simulex
Our flash based interactive simulators provide an informative and visually appealing way for users to learn about your products. The clearly designed and easy to use interface provides users with animated tutorials and videos, allowing your customers to solve any issues themselves.
TMTX
TMTX is database-driven, photographically illustrated, interactive product simulator. An ‘off the shelf’ solution enabling enterprises to build and maintain their own knowledge base.
PairX
PairX is a database-driven pairing solution, which allows users to identify supported accessories with their mobile handsets and vice versa. PairX provides an interactive simulation of the pairing process, moving between the accessory and the mobile handset.
Card & Sticker Scheme
A simple, targetable solution for reducing returns by giving the customer instant technical support for their new device. Apply this to a single product from your portfolio or across your full range.
Simulex Plus
All the capabilities of TMTI Simulex, enhanced with an embedded TMTI Knowledge database search tool. Over 1000 devices available, all documented in the easy to understand fashion which has put TMTI at the forefront of customer support.
TMTX Hybrid
Combining the power and efficiency of TMTX with the stylish aesthetics of the simulex flash front end, TMTX hybrid is our new product for 2010.
Research and Testing
TMTI is a centre of excellence for Bluetooth compatibility testing. We currently test over 70 handsets with each Bluetooth accessory to provide an unrivalled view of its compatibility with other Bluetooth products.
Returns Prevention
Whilst the Card scheme is ideal for those schemes where low volumes or moderate sales of particular lines are involved, the preferred option for those with anticipated large call volumes is that of dedicated operators.
