What is PairX?
PairX is a database-driven pairing solution, which allows users to identify supported accessories with their mobile handsets and vice versa. PairX provides an interactive simulation of the pairing process, moving between the accessory and the mobile handset. The solution can be presented to customers via the web and can also be used by customer service agents in order to provide consistent and accurate pairing info. The service is built and hosted by TMTI and regularly updated with knowledge in line with the TMTI bluetooth research programme.
